Unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise and you expressly authorize it, Funding Explorer integrations are intended to be read-only and do not modify your accounting records.

You may disconnect an integration through the Platform or the applicable third-party service. Disconnecting an integration stops future access but may not automatically delete information previously imported into the Platform.

3.5 Payment and Billing Information

If Funding Explorer introduces paid subscriptions or other paid services, we or our payment processor may collect:

Subscription selection,

Transaction amount,

Limited payment-card information, such as card type and last four digits.

Complete payment-card numbers are generally collected and processed directly by a third-party payment processor rather than stored by Funding Explorer.

Campaign attribution, and

Google Analytics uses cookies, identifiers, and similar technologies to measure user interactions.

We use Google Analytics information to evaluate usage, improve the Platform, troubleshoot problems, understand campaign performance, and make business decisions.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, complete mailing addresses, or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics.

Google may process Analytics information according to its own privacy policy, contractual terms, and data-processing practices.

Google provides browser-based tools that may allow users to opt out of Google Analytics measurement.

7.2 Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager helps us manage website tags, scripts, and measurement technologies.

Google Tag Manager itself primarily facilitates deployment of other technologies. Tags deployed through it may collect information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We may use Google Ads and related measurement tools to advertise Funding Explorer and determine whether advertisements result in visits or actions on the Platform.

Where enabled and legally permitted, Google remarketing or audience tools may allow Funding Explorer advertisements to be shown to people who previously visited the Platform.

Funding Explorer will not intentionally use detailed financial information submitted through the Invoice Factoring Simulator to build personalized advertising audiences based on sensitive financial hardship, debt status, creditworthiness, or similar sensitive characteristics.

Users may be able to control personalized advertising through settings provided by Google and their browser or device.

7.5 Google Signals and Cross-Device Measurement

If enabled, Google Signals may associate aggregated Platform activity with users who are signed into a Google account and have permitted advertising personalization.

This may provide aggregated demographic, interest, and cross-device reporting.

Google controls information associated with a Google account according to the user’s Google settings and Google’s privacy practices.

7.6 Enhanced Conversions

If we enable Enhanced Conversions, certain first-party information provided during a conversion, such as an email address or telephone number, may be normalized, securely hashed, and transmitted to Google to improve conversion measurement.

We will use this feature only where permitted by applicable law and subject to applicable consent requirements.

7.7 Google Consent Mode

We may use Google Consent Mode to communicate consent choices to Google tags.

Depending on your selection and applicable law, Google tags may adjust whether and how cookies, analytics storage, advertising storage, personalization, and user data are used.

Consent Mode does not replace the need for a valid consent mechanism where one is legally required.

7.8 Google reCAPTCHA

We may use Google reCAPTCHA to protect forms, accounts, and the Platform from spam, bots, fraud, and abuse.

Do not enter unnecessary personal information, confidential third-party information, Social Security numbers, complete payment-card numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information into an AI Feature.
